The UMA Shop is owned and operated by UMA Studio LA.

Refunds are issued once returned items have been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to complete the transaction.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an incorrect or damaged item.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
